I have had nothing but bad experiences at University Chevy in Tuscumbia and the management is very poorly run and i have driven a Chevrolet all my life my father swears that they are the best but The CEO NEEDS TO VISIT UNIVERSITY
I cannot give you an excellent rating. As far as I know the quality of the service work done is fine, it’s just getting it done in a timely manner that seems to be a problem. I made an appointment for Tuesday but when I arrived, I was informed there were 2 cars ahead of me. So I asked about Wednesday and was assured that 1:15 the next day was a better time. I arrived at 1:05 to find service door closed and 3 other cars waiting. It was 1:12 before the doors were opened and anyone came out. I asked how long it would take for my oil change and tire rotation and was told about an hour. 1 hour and 45 minutes later my car was ready. My point is why schedule appointments when clearly you are either overbooking or unable to follow a schedule. I use University Service Dept. because I hope you employ certified mechanics. I just wish it didn’t take so long for routine service especially since you do not provide a loaner car so I could run errands instead of just sitting. I drive 45 minutes to use your dealership. It is not handy.
